Yesterday we went to what we call the "airport beach," where they airplanes come in to the Tarmac literally right over our heads. Here is a view of our beach umbrella looking straight up!

At the Airport Beach, we had the sheer pleasure of running into a kid-hungry island-gal! She gave C&R boogie board tips out in the surf, and then spent hours building sand castles with them!! She was sweet and adoring and so much fun!! ((She says she stops at this beach every day after work... We may or may not be driving all the way out there again... Tomorrow... And the next day... And the next day... And the next day ;))

After the Airport Beach, we stopped at a hula show where a hula school makes a presentation every Friday night! We have done this before and love it!! Ruthie had some spending money for this trip and one of the things she bought was this romantic purple dress!!
